Through Our Eyes: Sachem at 110 Years

In celebration of Sachem Public Library’s 110th anniversary, help document what our community looks like today. Participants will receive a disposable camera to capture people, places, and everyday moments. The film will be developed and printed by the library for a gallery exhibition. No photography experience needed. Registered participants may pick up their cameras beginning Monday, March 2.

We’re so proud of the amazing kids at Sachem Public Library who completed 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten.
The Studio
Studio classes are limited to adult Sachem cardholders and the name of the patron attending must match the library card used to register for that class. Registered adults may be accompanied by a teen age 16 or above. Register online or by phone Wednesday, February 18 at 9:30am. Registration limited to one program per patron for the first week of registration (including waitlists). You may register for additional classes starting on Tuesday, February 24 at 9:30am.
