Battle of the Bands Registration!

If you are in a band and under the age of 21 you are eligible to sign up for the Sachem Public Library's 8th Annual Battle of the Bands. Twelve bands will be performing on November 19, 2010 from 6-9pm. Space is limited so stop in the Teen Services Department for your application today!

Just for 6th Graders Locker Mirror!

Friday, September 24 6:00pm OR 7:30pm. Here is your chance to meet other 6th graders and discover all that Teen Services has to offer. There’s no better way to start off the year than by creating a locker mirror that reflects your personality. There will also be games and plenty of opportunity to meet new friends. This program is open to sixth graders only.

SAT Workshop!

The Teen Department will be holding a SAT Workshop on
Wednesdays, September 15, 22, 29 and October 6 from 6:30 to 9:00pm In this workshop you will maximize your testing abilities and improve your SAT scores. Prepare for the October SAT with certified Mathematics and English instructors. You will receive a workbook at the first class. Be sure to bring your calculator. Advance registration is required. Fee: $105 (2½ hours per session)
